Environmental Permitting, Sampling & Monitoring

 

NWCC truck is parked near a body of water. NWCC can perform environmental sampling and monitoring for clientsConduct various environmental activities that lead to Colorado and federal permit acquisition.  The permit allows the proposed facility to be constructed or modified and operated based upon permit conditions.  Permits include but are not limited to stormwater discharge, Title V air emissions; subtitle D landfill facility design, siting, and operations, and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) oil field waste disposal facilities siting and operations.

In order to maintain obtained permits, the facility must be operated in accordance with permit conditions in order to comply with federal and state law.  Environmental compliance activities include but are not limited to groundwater and methane gas monitoring, waste characterization (i.e. profiling), various report and plan submittals (e.g. statistical analysis plan, design and operations plan, and greenhouse gas emissions)
